Nice work you got here. Keep up the awesome 3D's and terrain renders! And yes, Skylines kick ass. A friend of mine has a 240SX (S13) with an RB26DETT in it...I helped shove it in. One thing though. I drift in something unusual, heheh.
Make sure you set up your rear suspension first though. Many people forget about that when they make a drifter.
Mine's a 1987 Ford Mustang. It's a 2.3L turbo four, which most don't know about (it was in the 1983-88 Thunderbird Turbocoupe/Mercury Cougar XR-7, and the 1984-86 Mustang SVO). Most think 5.0, then they hear the spool and go WTF!? Heheh...

Sorry, heh, I was sort of under that impression since, as of late, most people making drifters are ricers who jump on that bandwagon because "it's cool". I'm 20 right now, and I've been into it and drag racing since I was about 8 or so.
As for American cars, there's no denying old 60's and 70's muscle is awesome. But because of the whole energy crisis bullshit, American cars became so pussified...yanno? I have this Mustang because I got it for real cheap and I needed transportation. It was just slow and needed to be fast, heh. Check out my cardomain page--the link's on my userpage.
